In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything in our power to offer a swift solution. We strive to deliver all of our orders with the utmost diligence.

If your package doesn’t arrive and it says that it has been delivered, please take the following steps:

If you have followed the steps above and still can’t find your package, please contact us immediately.

If there is a problem with the delivered pasta, the Customer may ask for a refund. In order to do so,  the Customer must send us, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Products, a written communication by e-mail to the following e-mail address info@pastawithlove.com with the subject “refund ” expressly declaring the intention to ask for a refund and providing the following additional information:

1. purchase order number and date;

2. date of delivery of the purchase order;

3. the name and address of the Customer;

4. Customer’s e-mail and telephone number;

5. Product description;

6. Photos of said product;

We will open a file for the management of the refund and if applicable, will issue a refund to the customer for the full amount of the Products within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User.
